Poster gallery

The poster gallery will be a 45-minute long session where you can present to attendees as they walk around the Bahen Atrium. If your poster is accepted, we expect you to be available for the entire 45 minutes, but we hope you stay for the entire symposium and keep your poster up as well.

The field of alternative proteins is extremely broad and extends well past the hard sciences. If you think your work could be appropriate or know of someone else, please feel free to submit the form below. If your project is relevant, the CAPS team will reach out to you as soon as we can.
